Activities Participation

Use the links below to sign up for Arbiter and register your student with our new digital sports registration app.  Arbiter will be used to register students for activities and athletics at SGMS and PHS. Sports physical forms may be uploaded to Arbiter (ideally) or hard copies given to coaches or the Athletic Director, Mrs. Speake.
 
Creating an Arbiter Account:
We have simplified the registration process, and all waivers are now signed digitally! Please be sure to follow these steps to complete your registration and ensure that your student is registered for athletic participation:  
 
  1. Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family so if you have already created one for your PHS student, you can skip this part)

2. Activate your Arbiter Registration account from the activation link automatically sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk folder).   
If you are having trouble creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging into it, you may contact support at 800-311-4060.  
 
Participation Registration:
3. Once you have successfully created your account and are logged in, please click below to complete your registration:

    4. Once you have registered, you will receive an email notification to let you know we have received your registration. Students MUST be registered and cleared to be eligible for participation. 
 
 
We strongly prefer families register online through Arbiter rather than turning in paper forms. This ensures faster processing, fewer errors, and allows coaches and staff to stay organized. However, we offer a second option. The following forms can be printed, completed and returned on the first day of practice.
